Good Earth LLC provides landscape materials and related services, including but not limited to:

• Firewood

• Mulch

• Compost and soil products

• Gravel, stone, sand, and aggregates

• Recycling and yard waste drop-off

• Delivery and pickup services

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or material availability.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and clear access to the delivery location.

• We are not responsible for damage to driveways, yards, landscaping, curbs, or underground utilities resulting from delivery where access is limited or directions are provided by the customer.

• Once materials are delivered and unloaded, the order is considered fulfilled.

Pickup & Load Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for properly securing all materials before leaving our facility.

• Good Earth LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, or injury caused by improperly secured loads once they leave our property.

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Our products are natural materials. Variations in:

• Color

• Size

• Shape

• Moisture content

• Wood species or blend ratios

are normal and not considered defects.

Firewood volume is measured by industry-standard methods, and some settling may occur during transport.

Recycling & Drop-Off Rules

• Only approved materials are accepted.

• Materials must meet posted size and type requirements.

• Unapproved or contaminated loads may be refused or charged additional fees.

• No refunds are issued for refused loads.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of bulk materials, all sales are final once materials are loaded or delivered.

• Refunds or credits are issued only in cases of confirmed error by Good Earth LLC.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the website

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

• Submit false or misleading information

All website content is the property of Good Earth LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Good Earth LLC is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from misuse of materials
